Venue listings and accuracy

Listings are compiled from public sources and community submissions. We make reasonable efforts to verify information, but we do not guarantee that any listing — including hours, menus, alcohol policies, prices, or availability — is accurate, complete, or current. User submissions

When you submit a venue, review, correction, or other content ("Submission"), you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, and display your Submission in connection with the Site. We may decline, edit, or remove any Submission at our discretion, and Submissions are reviewed before publishing.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, and original content, is owned by The Mocktail Guide and protected by applicable laws. Venue names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

Third-party links and advertising

The Site contains links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
